Law Commanded. Law Fulfilled.

In Exodus, God gives commands to His people. There’s over 600 but the most widely known are the Ten Commandments. Then during his ministry, Jesus, in the Sermon on the Mount, expands on these laws as the people have lived to close to the exact meaning and don’t comprehend how the law should change their hearts.

In this study, we’re going to look at our hearts and walk through what the commandments say and then how Jesus explains them. Jesus spent time to teach his disciples and the people that came along. This was important. To tell them that previously, what they were being taught, were almost half-truths and not the full meaning of what God had commanded. It’s more than following a set of rules. Our heart matters. Our motives matter.
