Who Were They // Eve
Many things can be said about Eve. She’s a major biblical figure. What we know is that she was created in God’s image, given free will, and fell for the enemy’s lies. Sound familiar? We would never! Unfortunately, her decision (along with Adam…he’s not innocent) got them kicked out of paradise. I’m personally a little bitter because I’m going to blame the laundry pile in my house on them. You know, since before they sinned they were free and unashamed while frolicking around in the Garden of Eden.

- God created her as a “helpmate”
- a helpful companion or partner, especially one’s husband or wife.
- Note: God created her from the side of Adam. Not the foot to be under him or the head to be above him. Side to work side by side as helpers to each other.
