Mama & Littles // A Child Is Born
Hey Mama. I wish I would have accomplished more of these this year, but grace. Giving myself grace and room to not pile on too many extra things. But now I’m excited to share this with you. The boys and I have enjoyed doing these activities and I pray that they bring some fun into your holiday season and some scripture too!
Activities
Family Plan // Included in the printable study is a place for you to make a plan as a family for celebrating Advent, Christmas, bringing peace, and what sort of descriptive names you’d each have.
Draw the Manger Scene // Included in the printable study is a place for kids (and you) to draw how they really image the manger scene to be.
Design A Crown // Kids love imagining things like this. Have your children design a crown fit for THE King.
Pretend Play // Use the Little People Nativity or whatever nativity set you have an have the kids act out the situation. You can also dress up your kids in makeshift costumes! Learn about animals and jobs. Who were the Wise Men? What were the shepherds’ responsibilities?
Scripture Memory // Learn the scripture. Even if it’s just one verse.
