Easter Basket Alternative

Easter is a few short days away and around here we like to do things a little different. Well it started with my mom. She doesn’t do a “normal” basket. You get a container or sorts and she uses that as a basket. So we decided to stick with that tradition.

Last year, our kids got a cheap plastic pool with a few things. This year they are each getting their own duffel bag, because I’m tired of sharing my bag when we go anywhere. They look similar but have different patterns so there’s no fighting but we can still tell them apart. Each one got a book, some crayons/art stuff, and EvoCrest Binoculars. They will have some candy thrown in and plenty of eggs to hunt in the yard!
