In our family, it’s important to teach the full story of scripture, including during Advent. We celebrate Christmas because of Jesus’ birth but the Son of God has existed before the beginning of time. The Trinity isn’t an easy doctrine to teach anyone, adults or children, but it is one of the most foundational doctrines for Christians. So this year 25 days of a quick overview of the whole story…Genesis to Revelation in COMING GLORY.
This is a reading plan with the same few questions each day to meditate and pray on. Each day you’ll read a chapter, sometimes 2, and answer some basic questions. The whole point of Advent is to prepare our hearts for celebrating Jesus. But every day we should be preparing our hearts and awaiting his second coming.
