Best Halloween Books for Kids

October 19, 2016

October is a month with a lot of things to celebrate. The beginning of fall, fire safety, and Halloween. Teaching a toddler about celebrating these things is so fun but who always has the best ways to describe them? Picture books and stories are so beneficial in explaining what’s going on to kids. We checked out a bunch of books on Halloween and here’s the narrowed down favorites list!

  1. Pete the Cat Five Little Pumpkins by James Dean also Pete the Cat: Trick or Pete
  2. Pumpkin Party! by Maudie Powell-Tuck and Gill Guile
  3. Seven Orange Pumpkins by Steven Savage
  4. Click, Clack, Boo! by Doreen Cronin
  5. There was an Old Mummy who Swallowed a Spider by Jennifer Wards

And then there’s THE BEST ONE, well according to Nate Little Blue Truck is the best.
