While the hall bathroom really is for the boys, I use it to because the master bath doesn’t have a tub. One day! From the day we moved in, I’ve wanted to do some work on this bath to make it more fun and less…..contractor like. The pedestal sink has already been replaced with the vanity. The original plan was to paint the bath the same color as the bedrooms, but the paint match didn’t work out perfectly. Oh well…I already bought the paint and they said I couldn’t return it. So it’s being painted the darker shade. I’m sure it’ll look good once everything is finished and in place, though, and I’ve chosen a silver light so that should brighten the space up a little. I found my silver light after looking online to find the right lighting. I knew I wanted it to provide some extra light for the kids’ bathroom. We started this project last week but with life, we got preoccupied with some things so there was a pause. Here’s to hoping I can work on it this weekend and next week!
I cannot wait to share the final reveal! It’s going to be so nice. I’m excited for the boys’ to have a little fun bathroom, but I’m most excited about a clean fresh space for myself to relax after they go to bed.
