So since it’s been forever since we did this maybe I should share some pictures. Some pictures from around Christmas when our house was super spotless. Because currently there are supplies to stock the freezer all over the island and no one wants to see our groceries. 
When we bought the house it had been updated. Some. Like new sheetrock and electrical, but the kitchen was small and the dining room seemed to be another bedroom but with the front door in it. We’re not the bring-the-food-to-the-table type. We’re more of the serve-your-plate-from-the-pot type. So access to the kitchen/dining room is important. Yet, we still wanted to make sure that the rooms would eventually fit in with the rest of our home’s interior design.
There have been a few more changes since the holidays. But for now, y’all doesn’t it look so much better?!?! I still can’t believe this is our home. I can’t believe we get to raise a family here. It’s a dream come true. So thankful for Brandon and my super awesome hubby for completing it all.
Updates:
- Table legs/base are white
- Coffee table
- Windows have curtains
- Things hang on our walls
- That giant black dresser is now blue and in a bedroom.
- Toys/books/etc are organized behind all those cabinet doors
