Instant Pot Deer Roast

August 2, 2017

Instant Pot recipes are everywhere. But I couldn’t find any recipes for what to do with the deer roast in our freezer. So I decided to wing it. Turns out it was delicious.

The roast was frozen and into the Instant Pot it went. I diced up some baby carrots, potatoes, onion, and chopped garlic. I threw it all in the pot. I added the broth.
Next step….close the lid and cook for 60 minutes. After the timer chimes, vent to release pressure. Serve & enjoy!
